Ben Shulman to Take Over Role for Upcoming Season
The Toronto Blue Jays have announced that Ben Shulman will be their new radio play-by-play announcer for the upcoming season. Shulman will take over the role from Mike Wilner, who has held the position since 2016.
Shulman has been a member of the Sportsnet broadcast team since 2001 and has extensive experience calling Blue Jays games. He has also served as the play-by-play announcer for the Canadian national baseball team.
Dan Shulman, Ben's father, will continue to deliver the play-by-play call alongside analyst Buck Martinez. Pat Tabler will also return to the broadcast booth for all games.
The Blue Jays are excited to have Ben Shulman on their broadcast team and believe he will be a valuable asset to the organization.
